Karen Fischberg’s works engage the idea of being experiential, experimental, and allowing the pieces to be damaged or “ruined”… taking something precious, damaging it, then piecing it back together again to make it something precious once more… each work is an allegory to a person…. each painting has a story, just like every person.
Sandra Wyss’ paintings and drawings are inspired by experiences, memorabilia and travels… drawn to capturing the culture, architecture, landscape, and cityscapes… expressionistic textural painting style pays tribute to Chagall, Soutine and the German Expressionists.
